We make our own tortilla shells and fill them with lettuce, diced tomato, green onion, black olives, cheddar jack cheese and your choice of seasoned taco meat, fish or chicken. Topped with sour cream.

Sloppy Slaw Burger
A 1/2 pound of hand packed ground sirloin, flame grilled, coated with our famous KBBqueTM sauce and topped with cheese. Then placed on a grilled brewhouse bun coated with 1000 island, topped with our cole slaw and placed on a bed of chopped lettuce, tomato, pickle & onion. Served with our Basin "Fresh Cut" fries or potato chips. You've got to try this old time southern favorite. Ask for extra napkins or a bib.

Hen House Burger
A 1/2 pound of hand packed ground sirloin, flame grilled, topped with cheese, bacon and a fried egg placed on a grilled brewhouse bun, garnished with lettuce, tomato, pickle & onion. Served with our Basin "Fresh Cut" fries or potato chips.

Buckaroo Burger
